Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days are past when you purchase your order, unfortunately we are not able to refund your payment.


To have right of return, product must be unused and should be controlled and noted on CRM document (when driver provides this document). Otherwise, you will not have a right of return


You must have some documents such as receipts of your payments, invoice, packing list and copy of crm document. Copies of these documents are acceptable as well


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

If you write everything on CRM documents and you took photos of damaged products and a picture of CRM documents signed as well, after delivery then you must send all proves to us. Sender will apply for insurance company for this case. After that insurance company will contact you about order and you will be informed about all steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, contact us


Return Product

If you would like to return your product even if there are not damages, you are supposed to organize a delivery and pay for it. Additionally, you are supposed to pay all expenses until product will be delivered to sender.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Tax Customs

Sender is not obligated to pay taxes, customs, insurance payments or additional costs on your order if only you agreed before with sales representative. All prices are Ex-works, but we have option to organize delivery for you
